Demolition Permit Application

Welcome!

You're about to start a Demolition Permit Application.

You must have a MyCity profile to apply online. If you don't have one yet, you can create one here

Once you start the application you will have 30 days to submit it. Your application will be saved to your MyCity profile until you submit and pay for it. You can access it by logging into MyCity, then clicking on the In Progress Applications button at the top of the Registered Accounts page.

Application fee payments must be made by Visa or Mastercard. A non-refundable 2.75% service fee will apply

Required Documentation for all Applications:

  • Title Search - dated within the last 3 months (can be accessed through LTSA.ca)
  • Agency Agreement - if you’re applying on behalf of the property owner
  • Hazardous Materials Report (only if building was built before 1990)
  • Owners Acknowledgement
  • Site Plan - showing the square footage (Sq.Ft.) of the building to be demolished
  • Clearance Letter - from Abatement company confirming proper removal of all Hazardous Materials from the subject structure/building


Additional documentation may be required, depending on the scope of work to be done.

Once you complete your online application, you'll receive an reference number, which will allow you to review your submission under your MyCity profile.

Tip: All fields with a red star * are mandatory and must be completed.
