It also includes real estate agents, salespersons, and brokerages as well as insurance agents, salespersons, and brokerages.

It does not include property maintenance or management businesses, land developers, or commercial landlords. If you are a property maintenance or management business, land developer, or commercial landlord, please apply for a licence under the General and Personal Services grouping.
