Retail, Wholesale, & Online Sales includes retail sales to the general public like sales of grocery, hardware, pharmaceutical, clothing, appliance, electronic, fuel, and sporting goods.

It also includes:

• selling or taking orders for the sale of products that are sold either by direct sales, telephone solicitation, door-to-door solicitations, mail order solicitation, online sales, or by home party solicitation
• sales from a mobile vehicle
• owning, leasing, or operating a vending machines from various locations
• retail sales of second-hand goods or pawnbroker
• selling goods in quantity for resale by retail stores, for re-use in the manufacturing, recycling or construction process

Depending on the nature of your business, the following may be required to complete your business licence application:

• Floor area (in sq. m.).
• Number of agents/salespersons.
• Number of employees.
• Number of machines.
• Number of vehicles.
